With more than a decade of experience across different Indian forests, Shibajee has worked closely with wildlife and natural ecosystems as a naturalist, gaining valuable field-based knowledge and practical experience. His work encompasses wildlife care and rescue, habitat and species management, conservation outreach, and creating awareness about the importance of protecting biodiversity. Alongside his fieldwork, he has also contributed to wildlife research and has published research papers on subjects related to wildlife and conservation. His approach combines hands-on field experience, scientific interest, and a strong commitment to conservation education and public awareness.
